With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the flooring industry, Mitchell represents a rare blend of executive leadership, deep technical product knowledge, and client-first dedication. Mitchell began his career in the fast-paced multi-family flooring replacement sector, where he mastered the fundamentals of flooring materials, structural installation demands, project coordination, and customer service. After honing his skills through long tenures with established flooring companies, Mitchell took his vision to the next level in 2016 by founding Texas Pride Custom Floors in Leander, Texas. Today, he leads both residential and commercial projects, helping property owners navigate every step of their flooring transformation with absolute confidence.
Mitchell’s primary expertise spans the complete spectrum of modern surface materials, including solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), carpet, tile, natural stone, and laminate flooring. His long career has been built on real-world education and practical problem-solving rather than textbook theories. Through a quarter-century of working directly on job sites, consulting with manufacturers, and managing installations, Mitchell has developed a granular understanding of how different materials perform under stress.
